Conrad is an executive search founder who advises financial services and PE/VC-backed tech firms on leadership hiring, drawing on 17 years of industry experience, including nearly a decade at Alphabet and an early career in private equity investing. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
